Job Description: Sales and Partnerships Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team at QT Communications & Technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and partnerships, and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry.

As a Sales and Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice to guide their decision-making process.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in management, marketing, communication, or a related field, and experience as a relationship manager, customer service representative, or in a similar role. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients.
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Meet sales/revenue targets.
  • Ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Experience as a relationship manager, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Customer-oriented.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)

This is a full-time position, and the salary range reflects the estimated annual compensation for someone with relevant experience in the United States.
