About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team at EAB. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our partnerships across the education sector.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans for partner growth and retention
  • Presents value proposition to prospective partners, highlighting the benefits of EAB's services
  • Leverage industry insights and market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support
  • Work closely with senior leadership to track revenue and renewal targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 8-10+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $126,000 - $155,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This role also includes a discretionary bonus or incentive compensation package, designed to recognize individual and organizational performance.
