Overview
Join our dynamic team at Burlington Stores as a Customer Service Supervisor. We are looking for individuals with exceptional leadership abilities, a welcoming personality, and a passion for retail in a bustling environment.
Role Summary:
As a part-time Customer Service Supervisor, you will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Team to oversee daily customer service operations. Your role will involve motivating and guiding team members to deliver outstanding, friendly, and professional service consistently. You will embody our core values and customer-first philosophy, ensuring that every interaction contributes to a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exemplify company values and operational standards to the customer service team.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by maintaining a focus on friendliness, efficient checkout processes, and positive feedback.
- Ensure the front-end area is organized and address any issues with transactions or equipment.
- Manage meal breaks and monitor adherence to schedules.
Qualifications:
Applicants should be flexible with their schedules, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move items weighing 40 lbs. or more and to stand or walk for extended periods.
