Full-time Customer Service Representative

The Rosen Automotive Group is a leading provider of automotive services in Wisconsin, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at our Nissan Madison location.

Job Summary
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Manage key and gas logs, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Answer multi-line switchboard and direct customers to the appropriate department in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle customer complaints in a diplomatic and professional manner, and refer issues to the appropriate individual for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, and Hard Copies.
  • Perform other special duties as requested by management.
  • Attend work regularly and maintain a high level of attendance.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Team player with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass background and drug test.
