**Job Summary**

Sub-Zero Wolfsc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the voice of our company, you will provide exceptional customer service skills while providing professional, personable, timely, and accurate responses to customers and field partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Exhibit excellent customer service skills while interacting with customers and field partners

• Efficiently access and enter data in multiple software programs while conversing with callers

• Communicate effectively to understand customer issues, provide product troubleshooting, and recommend a course of action to resolve customer concerns

• Answer use and care questions while educating customers on our innovative line of products

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of customer service that includes negotiating to a solution that is mutually beneficial to the customer/company

**Requirements**

• High School diploma or better

• Exceptional customer service skills with a polished and professional style and delivery

• Intermediate problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required, product support experience preferred

**What We Offer**

• Onsite training for 2 months, Monday - Friday

• Part-time schedule of 25-29 hours per week, with varied days and times
