Job Description

Job Title: General Manager - Luxury Restaurant Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our upscale restaurant operations at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-notch quality, service, and hygiene standards, while prioritizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Set the standard for exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Business Operations: Manage various aspects of the business, including service style, menu offerings, and overall concept vision.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations, oversee emergency procedures, and maintain security protocols.
  • Financial Management: Handle financial aspects, such as budgeting, inventory management, and cost control, to uphold profitability.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs to create customer-driven and cost-effective menus.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop marketing strategies to boost sales and expand clientele.
  • Staff Training: Train staff to have a thorough understanding of menus and wine selections.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Oversee cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with company policies.
  • Staff Management: Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Recruitment and Scheduling: Recruit, manage, and schedule staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Prioritize guest satisfaction by improving offerings and building strong relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations.
  • Experience: At least four years of prior management experience in Food and Beverage, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, familiarity with service and F&B operations, knowledge of health and safety regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Great organizational and interpersonal abilities, capability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
Supervisory Role:

In this position, you will oversee all Front of House (FOH) venue management.
