About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management and Sales Training Program. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, leadership, and operations, with a focus on commercial sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive training in sales, leadership, and operations, with a focus on commercial sales and customer service.
  • Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Complete store administration tasks, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety, loss prevention, and security.
  • Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls and increase market share.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program.
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position.
  • Have at least one year of experience in a leadership role, supervising others, or leading teams.
  • Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting, including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Have work experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
