About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Operations Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our salon by leading a team of stylists, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with salon owners to achieve business objectives and improve profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a salon management or leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
