Off Leash K9 Training, LLC, a leader in the dog training industry, is on the lookout for dedicated trainers in the Charlotte area.

This role is both demanding and rewarding, requiring a motivated individual who can cultivate professional relationships and achieve success.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must reside in or near the Pineville, North Carolina vicinity.
  • Must have the capacity to accommodate at least 2 dogs at your home for a duration of 14 days.
  • Must possess reliable transportation.
  • Must own a smartphone.
  • Must be familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
  • Must complete a 21-day certification program at the OLK9 Training Facility.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Training and managing both small and large dog breeds, from puppies to adults.
  • Addressing behavioral issues ranging from anxiety to aggression.
  • Engaging with the public in a professional manner.
  • Traveling to various appointments within the Charlotte area.
  • Continuing education to enhance training skills for both dogs and their owners.
  • Participating in promotional events.
  • Exhibiting self-motivation.

The ideal candidate for the Dog Trainer position should possess:

A cover letter outlining your experience with dogs and your suitability for this role. A strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, and a genuine passion for dogs are essential. Proficiency in computer skills, including the ability to create training videos, is required. Flexibility to work during peak traffic times on weekdays and weekends is necessary. Excellent customer service and communication skills are crucial.

The right candidate has the potential to earn between $35,000 and $60,000 annually (or more), with the opportunity to work from home, enjoy significant flexibility, and engage in a career you love.
