Our facility offers a vibrant, secure, and upscale environment where dogs can enjoy their day while receiving ample affection and attention.

Camp Counselor Role

The Camp Counselor position is ideal for passionate pet lovers. This role involves overseeing the daily activities and care of our canine guests. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing attentive care to dogs of various breeds and sizes in a playful environment.
  • Upholding safety standards by adhering to operational protocols.
  • Engaging in interactive play with dogs in designated play areas.
  • Monitoring canine interactions to prevent any altercations.
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic facility.
  • Familiarizing oneself with each dog's name and personality.
  • Observing dogs for any injuries during playtime.
  • Completing daily tasks and checklists efficiently.
Front Desk Role

We are also seeking individuals who can excel in customer service while fulfilling Camp Counselor duties. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to pet owners.
  • Handling phone inquiries and performing clerical tasks.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A positive and energetic demeanor.
  • Previous experience in sales, with the ability to inform and engage pet owners about our offerings.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in a professional animal care setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Capability to handle dogs of different sizes and temperaments safely.
  • Excellent customer service skills with effective communication abilities.
  • Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 pounds) and performing tasks that require bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
