Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of direct training and facilitation experience.
- Proven ability to conduct virtual training sessions for groups of 25-70 participants.
- Experience in comprehending IT systems or software, with a track record of successfully training business professionals.
- Background in Banking or Financial Services is essential.
- Experience in Agile training environments is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with nCino or Salesforce, with a preference for nCino.
Job Overview:
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in educating internal staff on the newly implemented nCino system, as well as providing training on updates for existing users. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering training through large virtual sessions, utilizing screen sharing of the nCino platform, alongside conducting in-person training workshops as needed.
- Adapting to an evolving training environment, requiring a proactive and resourceful approach.
- Staying informed about changes to the nCino tool, understanding user experiences, and occasionally troubleshooting issues related to the tool or virtual learning platforms.
- Facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions, while also developing comprehensive instructional materials such as multi-page documents and presentation decks.
The role involves collaboration with lead trainers and business partners to gather relevant information and ensure effective communication with end users.
