This role is both demanding and rewarding, requiring a dedicated individual who is eager to build professional relationships and achieve success in dog training.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must reside in or near the Pineville, North Carolina area.
  • Ability to board a minimum of 2 dogs at your home for 14-day periods.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ownership of a smartphone is necessary.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) is essential.
  • Completion of a 21-day certification program at the OLK9 Training Facility is mandatory.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Training and managing both small and large dog breeds, from puppies to adults.
  • Addressing behavioral issues in dogs, ranging from anxiety to aggression.
  • Engaging with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Traveling to various appointments within the Charlotte area.
  • Participating in ongoing education to enhance training skills for both dogs and their owners.
  • Attending promotional events.
  • Demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, and above all, a genuine passion for dogs. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in creating training videos, is a plus. Flexibility to work during peak traffic times on weekdays and weekends is required. Excellent customer service and communication skills are vital for success in this role.

The right candidate has the potential to earn between $35,000 and $60,000 annually (or more), with the opportunity to work from home, enjoy significant flexibility, and engage in a career they love.
