Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is a leading recruitment agency assisting various companies with their staffing needs. As an HR Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Hiring Support:
- Review job applications and screen candidates for hourly positions.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to select top candidates.
- Provide interview feedback and update candidate statuses in the HR system.
- Onboarding Coordination:
- Organize pre-employment screenings and physicals.
- Ensure background check documents are completed and submitted.
- Facilitate orientation sessions, including safety training.
- Distribute uniforms, PPE, and other necessary gear to new hires.
- Inform department leads about new hires' start dates and details.
- Assist new employees with system access and building entry cards.
- Temporary Staffing:
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies to coordinate temp workers.
- Help with hourly employee exits and conduct exit interviews.
- Employee Tracking:
- Track important milestones such as sign-on bonuses and referral bonuses.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, HR, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in recruitment or onboarding is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
Estimated Salary Range: $22-$28 per hour
