Job Overview

Aegis Worldwide, a leading partner to manufacturers, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team in West Hazleton, PA.

Salary Range: $65k - $80k with a 15% performance bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless execution of essential administrative tasks, employee communication, benefits management, leave tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, analyze claims, and facilitate claim settlements.
  • Develop and implement termination packages, oversee assigned terminations, and guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the performance management of employees and contribute to salary planning initiatives.
  • Catalyze HR-related projects, maintain spreadsheets, and distribute updates on a set schedule.
  • Promote labor policies and handle grievances and dispute resolutions.
  • Advise management on union contract negotiations and steer collective bargaining processes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • College Degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
