Job Summary

PacifiCorp seeks a highly skilled Professional Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and government compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment life cycle from inception to onboarding of exempt and non-exempt associates.
  • Consult with hiring managers and supervisors throughout the hiring process as the recruiting point of contact.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify candidates for open positions within identified functional areas.
  • Manage and coordinate PacifiCorp participation in career fairs and campus recruiting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of five years of recruitment-related experience, preferably in a corporate role (in-house).
  • Strong understanding of employment law and other government compliance regulations.
Benefits

PacifiCorp offers a competitive salary range of $86,700 - $103,100, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health care, retirement, paid time off, tuition assistance, paid short-term and long-term disability, paid bereavement leave, and an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 12.00% of salary.
