Job Description

The HR Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department at TCS Education. This role involves providing administrative assistance, maintaining employee records, and preparing HR-related documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Post job openings, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding processes
  • Employee Relations/Engagement: Assist in projects such as HR events and employee recognition programs
  • HRIS Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records, track leave and attendance, and assist in audits
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field
  • Familiarity with HR/Payroll systems
