Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document information from caseworkers, children, parents, and other relevant stakeholders to plan family time visits.
  • Review family time agreements and provide guidance on community resources as needed.
  • Supervise family time in office or community settings, ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
  • Transport children to family time visits and other necessary appointments.
  • Closely collaborate with caseworkers to assess the details of family time supervision and recommend services as needed.

Requirements

  • One year of experience working in a specialized social program, or
  • Possession of a current certification in child development, early childhood education, or a related field, or
  • 45 quarter hours or 30 semester hours of college coursework in a relevant field, or
  • An associate degree in a field not closely related to social work/human services and six months of human services-related experience.
