About the Role

We are seeking an Air Freight Coordinator to oversee the seamless coordination of air freight shipments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of international shipping.

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end air freight logistics, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, carriers, and agents to arrange shipment bookings and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, including B/L, AWB, invoices, and customs declarations.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.
  • Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in air freight coordination.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
