Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users.
  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to describe issues and set expectations.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and follow through on projects and requests.
  • Support, train, and augment other team members and their skills.
  • Work with the helpdesk ticketing system to review and manage open tickets.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Provide technical support for a wide range of hardware and software, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Configure and manage Windows computers and software, as well as SharePoint and OneDrive file sharing and sync solutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic network problems and perform proactive troubleshooting with regards to networking monitoring.
  • Configure routers, switches, and access points, and have experience with mobile broadband internet solutions and SDWAN, Radius authentication, and Dynamic VPN setup.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one-to-two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, and compute rate, ratio, and percent.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
