Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at the Hilton Aventura Hotel. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service and Relations
    • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
    • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage the front desk team and ensure that all front desk operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Hotel Operations
    • Assist with the management of hotel operations, including room assignments, key control, and guest services.
    • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and efficient hotel operations.
  • Training and Development
    • Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional guest service.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to front desk staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of service.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality and service in all aspects of front desk operations.
    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all front desk operations are meeting the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of front office management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • ONQ PMS Experience preferred.
    • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
    • High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
    • Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
