Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at EAST, Miami. As a key member of our Guest Experience department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Provide clear and concise information to guests regarding hotel services and amenities.
    • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Process guest payments and handle cash handling responsibilities.
    • Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Operational Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Guest Experience team.
    • Ensure that all guest rooms are prepared and ready for occupancy.
    • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • People Development
    • Support the development and implementation of training programs for the Guest Experience team.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • College degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum three years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
    • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Working Conditions

The Guest Experience Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests and team members on a regular basis. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
