Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance with room reservations, check-in, and check-out.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain accurate records, manage cash handling and credit policies, and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maximize hotel efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
