**Overview**

Pace Staffing Network is a leading staffing agency that provides top talent to businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Lead to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our customer service group, ensuring that everyone in the department is strong, reliable, and efficient. You will work closely with our operations team to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a small to medium-sized B2B environment. You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead customer service group and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with operations team to drive business growth and improvement
  • Conduct training sessions on customer service best practices
  • Monitor and report on staff performance
  • Supervise order taking process and ensure accuracy
  • Manage staff schedules and coordinate coverage
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

**Requirements**

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer service, ideally within a small to medium-sized B2B environment
  • Proven track record in customer service
  • Experience with inside sales is highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

**What We Offer**

  • Hourly pay rate: $35-$40/hour
