About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project coordinator to join our team at Kiewit Corporation. As a senior project coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by overseeing contract administration, project planning and scheduling, and project reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the project team, including reviewing and understanding drawings and specifications, training the project on their contents, and ensuring project adherence to all requirements.
  • Cost Management: Manage the project's direct labor cost performance tracking and projections, ensuring accurate daily, weekly, and monthly costs.
  • Document Control: Manage the project's document control system, including drawing revisions, RFIs, submittals, and as-builts.
  • Productivity Improvement: Support project productivity tracking and improvement efforts, championing Kiewit's commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
