We are seeking a skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a 12+ month contract with potential for extension or conversion for successful contractors.

Position: Senior Administrative Coordinator

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 12+ months, with possible extension

Pay rate: $38.00-40.00/hour on W2

Job Description:

This role will require exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, as well as experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs).

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports.Develop and implement processes to improve administrative efficiency and productivity.Provide support to senior management, including preparation of presentations, correspondence, and other materials.Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and events.
