The Challenge: Propel High-Impact Growth Marketing Initiatives

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Professional with a solid history of success, boasting over five years of hands-on experience in growth marketing within the B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software domains. Your objective will be to connect our revolutionary AI solutions with the healthcare providers who require them most, developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies that yield measurable outcomes.
Mission Overview

As a vital member of our marketing team, your responsibilities will focus on crafting and executing growth strategies that effectively convey the value of Thoughtful AI's solutions to the healthcare industry. This will lead to pipeline expansion and surpassing revenue goals. Your contributions will be essential to our overall success, driving demand, enhancing brand visibility, and ultimately supporting our mission to transform healthcare operations.
Core Objectives

Campaign Strategy and Execution:
  • Design and implement thorough growth strategies to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition across various channels, including digital advertising, SEO, SEM, out-of-home, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and innovative channels you will explore.
  • Construct and refine campaigns across Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Meta, and consistently evaluate new channels to enrich our digital strategy.
  • Enhance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, utilizing data analytics to fine-tune strategies and boost performance.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are directed towards the most impactful initiatives.
Experimentation and Optimization:
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Implement A/B testing and other experimental methods to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Create detailed reports on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and overall ROI.
Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:
  • Drive high-quality lead generation through targeted marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent influx of potential customers into the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to formulate effective lead nurturing and conversion strategies, improving the journey from prospect to customer.
  • Analyze and refine the customer journey, identifying opportunities to enhance conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Engage closely with other departments, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Engineering, to ensure marketing efforts are comprehensive and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to strategize, review progress, and incorporate feedback into marketing practices.
Impact Measurement and Reporting:
  • Continuously evaluate the impact of all marketing activities, utilizing data, dashboards, and analytics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing successes, challenges, and key metrics from marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Candidate Profile
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles, with a strong preference for backgrounds in technology or healthcare sectors.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Marketer: Demonstrated success in utilizing data analytics to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Communicative Clarity: Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling messages for a variety of audiences.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Adaptability: Agile and responsive to the dynamic nature of the performance marketing environment, with a proactive attitude towards challenges and opportunities.
