About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Executive, Membership Service & Retention to join our team. As a key member of our Membership Service & Retention Team, you will be responsible for managing a book of season ticket member accounts, providing exceptional customer support, and contributing to annual renewal and retention strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of season ticket member accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Membership Service & Retention Team to develop and implement annual renewal and retention strategies, driving growth and engagement.
  • Staff the season ticket member service counter, providing exceptional customer experiences and fan engagement at home games.
  • Work closely with the ticket sales team to identify and execute impactful outreach initiatives, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute year-round season ticket member events and experiences, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with the Chicago Blackhawks renewal and retention team to share best practices and implement efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • One or more years of professional service or selling experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with current and prospective clients and fans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-end customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
