Job Title: Account Executive, Membership Service and Retention

As a key member of the Membership Service and Retention Team, the Account Executive, Membership Service and Retention will play a critical role in driving annual renewal and retention strategies for season ticket members. This is a full-time position that requires a highly energetic and self-motivated individual who can work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer support and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage a book of season ticket member accounts, providing day-to-day customer communication and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Contribute to annual renewal and retention strategic planning, identifying opportunities to increase season ticket member renewal and engagement.
  • Staff the season ticket member service counter and execute season ticket member engagement and fan experiences at home games.
  • Collaborate with the ticket sales team to develop impactful outreach initiatives that meet and exceed customer expectations and generate revenue through upsells, referrals, and single-game ticket add-ons.
  • Plan and execute year-round season ticket member events and experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Chicago Blackhawks renewal and retention team to implement efficiencies, best practices, and shared resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • One or more years of professional service or selling experience.
  • Ability to engage and interact with current and prospective clients and fans.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to problem-solve and deliver high-end customer service.
  • Uphold and demonstrate organizational values at all times.
  • Ability to foster a positive team culture and work collaboratively with others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in ticketing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
