Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at PCI Pharma Services. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth in the Midwest and South West Territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients in the designated regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the global proposals team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to meet sales goals.
  • Travel to attend sales meetings, conventions, and tradeshows as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare market and industry trends.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
