Payroll and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Manager to join our team at GIC Private Limited. This role will oversee the administration of bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees, ensure timely payroll tax filings, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
The successful candidate will have experience with payroll processing of deferred compensation programs, ADP Workforce Now payroll system, and federal and state laws. They will also be responsible for ensuring all payroll reports are prepared and maintained according to Federal and State law, and that payment of all payroll liabilities are processed within established timeframes.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee administration of bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees
- Ensure timely payroll tax filings and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Experience with payroll processing of deferred compensation programs
- Ensure all payroll reports are prepared and maintained according to Federal and State law
- Ensure payment of all payroll liabilities are processed within established timeframes
- 7-10 years' experience in payroll and benefits systems, data analysis, database management, and report generation
- Strong understanding of HR workflow processes and interface
- Excellent analytical, time-management, and organizational skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed and capable of fluidly moving from tactical to strategic initiatives
