Payroll and Benefits Manager

As a Payroll and Benefits Manager at GIC Private Limited, you will oversee the administration of bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees, ensuring timely payroll tax filings and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. You will also be responsible for managing outside vendors, collaborating with the human resources department, and driving continuous improvement in payroll and benefits operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees, ensuring timely payroll tax filings and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Manage outside vendors for maximum effectiveness, collaborating with the human resources department to ensure successful delivery of HR services to internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in payroll and benefits operations, identifying areas for process enhancements and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
- 7-10 years' experience in payroll and benefits systems, data analysis, database management, and report generation.
- Strong understanding of HR workflow processes and interface.
- Excellent analytical, time-management, and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect across time zones and geographies.
