HR Manager

The HR Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for managing and analyzing all aspects of payroll, benefits, and compensation administration. This role requires a strong background in payroll processing, benefits management, compensation administration, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, manage payroll-related inquiries, and resolve issues promptly with a high degree of customer service.
- Benefits Strategy & Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, evaluate benefits usage, costs, and employee feedback to make data-driven recommendations for plan improvements, manage relationships with external benefits vendors, and oversee benefits communication and education.
- Compensation Administration: Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages are aligned with industry standards, assist in the execution of the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses, and provide detailed compensation analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all compensation, benefits, and payroll practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, prepare and file required reports, participate in internal and external audits, and collect, organize, and analyze data related to compensation, benefits, and payroll to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Employee Experience Enhancement: Support People team initiatives that drive employee engagement and satisfaction with compensation, benefits, and payroll offerings, and implement best practices and automation tools to enhance accuracy and reduce administrative burden.
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 4-6 years of experience in payroll, benefits, and compensation administration. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS, in-depth knowledge of payroll laws and practices, compensation and benefits regulations, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The annual base compensation range for this role is between $100,000 - $115,000, and the successful candidate will be eligible for an annual performance-related bonus.
