Front Office Coordinator

The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all individuals entering the front office area, while ensuring the security and safety of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greets all individuals into the front office area in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responds to business needs and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitors all visitors entering the facility for security purposes.
- Conducts normal telephone protocol by answering all incoming calls and responding appropriately to requests or questions.
- Processes all outgoing mail and maintains the front office area, including business equipment.
- Handles resident monies and completes receipts for distribution upon request.
- Accepts all incoming revenues and distributes to the appropriate staff person.
- Completes daily deposit slips for resident monies and meals.
- Understands and adheres to the guidelines of "Residents Rights" and assures resident safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Good interpersonal skills in dealing with all types of individuals.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The ability to safely perform movements such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, kneeling, and reaching up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
WORK SCHEDULE: As assigned, including some weekends, evenings, and holidays.
