Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Priority Roofing Fort Worth. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors, as well as streamlining our office systems to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Manage office equipment and supplies, including ordering and inventory control
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with human resources and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
  • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
Compensation:

$18-$22 per hour, based on experience and ability
