About the Role:

Sound Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Representative to join our team. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members via phone and email, assisting with various transactions, and answering questions about our credit union services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take member calls and assist with transactions such as transfers, loan payments, and cashier's checks
  • Assist members with questions about credit union services and products
  • Print and mail forms to members
  • Accept and process loan applications

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Financial institution experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
