Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Lowe's. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide SMART customer service at all times, execute customer service policies, procedures, and programs, and seek out customers to understand their needs.
  • Delivery: Plan delivery activities, print loading tickets, and deliver merchandise according to schedule to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
  • Warehouse Operations: Pull merchandise, build and band delivery loads, and load trucks according to delivery order.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the loads are safe, secure, and within Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements
  • Class A CDL License: In locations with multi-unit CMV (tractor trailer & flatbed), a Class A license is required to operate.
  • Class B CDL License: In locations with single-unit CMV (tandem flatbed), a Class A or B license with air break endorsement is required to operate.
  • Valid Medical Certificate: Ability to obtain a valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment.
  • Ability to Pass MVR Screen: Ability to pass MVR screen in accordance with company requirements.
  • Ability to Read, Write, and Perform Basic Arithmetic: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 Year Experience Driving a Semi-Truck/Trailer: 1 year experience driving a semi-truck/trailer or certification from a driving school.
  • 6 Months Experience Performing In-Home Delivery: 6 months experience performing in-home delivery or retail customer service.
  • 3 Months Experience Operating a Forklift: 3 months experience operating a forklift or Moffett onloading/offloading a vehicle.
