Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our Sales department in Lynnwood, Washington. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first point of contact for new customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Enter customer information into CRM software and process orders in ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Monitor and track front-end process of orders, utilizing CRM software to ensure continued movement through the organization.
  • Generate and distribute weekly reports, maintaining accurate records and adhering to documented procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies and maintaining office cleanliness.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Quickly learn and navigate new technology systems and applications.
  • Professional and friendly attitude, with ability to develop rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
