Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of the service lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.
  • Take charge of the customer experience by executing additional tasks that foster a positive impression of the dealership.
  • Provide dedicated support for all customer inquiries, whether in person or via phone, to ensure seamless service.
  • Ensure that the daily schedule of technicians' time is efficiently allocated to service customers.
  • Effectively distribute work among technicians.
  • Work hours are flexible, available any day from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Qualifications
  • Organized and approachable demeanor.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage others.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Acceptable driving record in accordance with dealership standards.
