Key Responsibilities
  • Execute assigned back-of-house or front-of-house duties with excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety procedures and sanitization practices.
  • Complete operational checklists and assist with inventory management.
  • Contribute to training and evaluation of staff.
  • Work closely with the General Manager on disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store property.
  • Supervise shift operations and assist in staff development.
