  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and ensuring that kitchen supplies and ingredients are well-stocked and stored properly.
  • Training and Development: Train new kitchen staff, ensuring they are familiar with recipes, kitchen protocols, and safety standards. Mentor and coach the team to improve skills and efficiency.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with front-of-house management and other departments to ensure smooth service and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a kitchen leadership role, such as Sous Chef, Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor during busy service periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food.
  • Fine Dining experience preferred.
