Job Opportunity: Farm Assistant

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a skilled and reliable Farm Assistant to join our team in central Nebraska. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for farming operations from planting to irrigation and harvest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain farm equipment, including tractors, planters, and irrigation systems
  • Assist with crop management, including scouting and monitoring for pests and diseases
  • Perform general equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve operational goals
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience operating farm equipment
  • General equipment operation skills and experience
  • Semi driving experience and a clean DMV record
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
  • High morals, good ethics, and honest characteristics
