Job Opportunity at Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm/Ranch Assistant to join our diverse farming and cattle operation in Nebraska. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the owner to ensure the success of our farming and cattle operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily farm and ranch operations, including cattle management, crop maintenance, and equipment operation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve farm and ranch efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the owner to make decisions regarding farm and ranch operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working in farm and ranch operations, with a strong background in cattle management and crop maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the owner and other team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Strong mechanical skills, with experience in equipment operation and maintenance.
