CRM Enablement Manager, B2B Solutions Specialist

About the Role
The CRM Enablement Manager, B2B is a key member of the Marketing and CX organization, reporting to the VP, CRM Enablement. This role involves leading the enablement of Salesforce CRM (Sales and Service) capabilities across multiple B2B related lines of business in the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered first.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that the platform meets their needs.
- Feature Development: Translate business requirements into user stories for the development team and oversee the development and implementation of new features.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all Salesforce implementations meet quality standards, are tested thoroughly, and are delivered on time.
- User Training: Coordinate and provide training to users on new features and functionalities within Salesforce.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the Salesforce platform and recommend enhancements to optimize performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum seven years of demonstrated experience in Salesforce CRM (Sales / Service Clouds, Marketing Cloud) and data platforms.
- Banking and financial services experience strongly preferred.
