Job Title: Partner Enablement Manager
About the Role:
The Partner Enablement Manager will spearhead organization-wide enablement initiatives, focusing on Go-to-Market teams: Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success. This role will create, manage, and execute worldwide Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives tailored for key partners to help them succeed in supporting our program, running marketing campaigns, building executive relationships, growing revenue, and shaping their GTM strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and delivering partner-specific enablement plans aimed at driving consistent and substantial revenue growth.
- Effectively communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to both internal Pendo and external partner stakeholders.
- Accountable for ensuring a smooth onboarding for new partners by providing technical training, product knowledge, and GTM support resources to ensure a seamless partnership kickoff.
- Gather technical requirements and validate prospective partners' technical fit, ensuring a smooth onboarding and setting up partners for success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success, and others to gather partner and customer feedback and escalate any issues.
- Act as a Pendo subject matter expert and mentor by contributing relevant content, processes, and thought leadership that advance the partnership team strategy and goals.
Requirements:
- 5 years or more of channel partner experience, enablement, or Sales Engineering in SaaS.
- Experience creating and delivering enablement programs to multiple stakeholder groups, including GTM teams, with a proven impact to the business.
- Solid project management skills, including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results.
- Hands-on experience working with/troubleshooting web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs) or mobile technologies either in a customer-focused role or as a developer.
- Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills adaptable to both executives and technical stakeholders.
- Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas for how to engage learners.
