Job Summary

The CRM Enablement Manager, B2B is a key member of the Marketing and CX organization, reporting to the VP, CRM Enablement. This role involves leading the enablement of Salesforce CRM (Sales and Service) capabilities across multiple B2B related lines of business in the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the most valuable features are delivered first.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring the platform meets their needs.
  • Feature Development: Translate business requirements into user stories for the development team and oversee the development and implementation of new features.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all Salesforce implementations meet quality standards, are tested thoroughly, and are delivered on time.
  • User Training: Coordinate and provide training to users on new features and functionalities within Salesforce.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the Salesforce platform and recommend enhancements to optimize performance and user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum seven years of demonstrated experience in banking/financial services.
