As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all parts orders are entered, processed, and tracked until delivery. You will also provide troubleshooting for customer orders and account statuses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming PO's for parts orders
- Provides any necessary documentation on product specifications
- Follow internal parts order process; including but not limited to creating order ticket in CRM tool, tracking parts orders, following up with customers on order status, etc.
- Answer questions related to pricing, parts identification, and availability for customers via email and phone
- Field more complex calls to technical services representatives
- Monitor pertinent stock levels, place internal and external part orders for restocking, process PO's, receive orders and restocking
- Create and Issue RMA's
- Display a courteous and responsible attitude towards work, colleagues and customers; promote and enhance the image and profitability of Boon Edam at all times
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-3 years administrative experience
- Experience with CRM tool a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
- Demonstrate multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrate written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a team
- Knowledge of general office machines and telephone system
- Customer service oriented
