Job Title: Director, Global Strategic Sourcing

At JLL, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Global Strategic Sourcing to lead our regional execution of annual sourcing plans across Integrated Facilities, Project Management, Property Management clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and oversight for regional execution of annual sourcing plans, ensuring timely execution and reporting of savings that meet or exceed globally defined objectives and outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a sourcing team responsible for sourcing plan execution in globally, serving as the change leader, removing barriers and obstacles.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate regional and global sourcing plans, ensuring a consistent and standard approach across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
  • Establish and run weekly/monthly steering calls to drive accountability and cross-region communication.
  • Prepare presentations, analyze, and recommendations for steering calls and management information reporting at all levels.
  • Closely participate in and with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.
  • Manage a sourcing team responsible for performing market trend analysis in specific categories, analyzing supplier base, industry changes, etc.
  • Leverage global and regional supplier relationships and performance programs with key suppliers as part of sourcing strategy execution.
  • Ensure compliance to JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability, and proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.
  • Cultural awareness/intelligence when working across different countries and time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and/or 15+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
Location:

Remote based in the United States. Client prefers a HYBRID work schedule in NY, VA, DC, TX Office.
