Summary of Responsibilities:

The Culinary Service Associate is responsible for the preparation and delivery of high-quality food service in a fast-paced dining environment. Key duties include:

  • Preparing a variety of pizzas using prepped ingredients.
  • Crafting sandwiches, including specialty options.
  • Grilling items such as hamburgers and hot dogs.
  • Preparing fruits and vegetables for meal service.
  • Brewing coffee, tea, and other beverages.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
  • Operating cash registers and processing transactions.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Skills required include:

  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Competence in following recipes and preparing menu items.
  • Experience in cash handling and register operation.
  • Must obtain a Food Handlers Certificate.

This position is subject to background checks as per federal regulations.

Physical Requirements:

The role involves light to moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 45 pounds.

Additional Information:
