Position Overview:
As a vital member of the culinary leadership team, the Culinary Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of kitchen operations while fostering a safe and hygienic environment for all staff.

Compensation:
Salary range: $68,000 - $74,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality food items in a cost-effective manner.
  • Assist in the planning, ordering, inventory management, and food preparation processes.
  • Support cost control measures and manage expenditures effectively.
  • Implement new culinary initiatives in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards are met.
  • Motivate, train, and develop back-of-house employees to achieve operational objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • B.S. Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Services Technology/Management, or a related field; or A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts with specialized training.
  • 3-5 years of relevant culinary experience.
  • Proficiency in various kitchen roles and stations.
  • Ability to think creatively and execute culinary tasks efficiently.
  • Understanding of food cost management and quality control.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
