Summary of Responsibilities:

The Culinary Service Associate is responsible for the preparation and delivery of high-quality food service within our dining facilities. Key duties include:

  • Preparing a variety of pizzas using pre-prepared ingredients.
  • Crafting sandwiches, including specialty options.
  • Grilling a selection of meats and sides.
  • Preparing fruits and vegetables for cooking and serving.
  • Brewing beverages such as coffee and tea.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Operating cash registers and handling transactions.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Knowledge of food storage and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to utilize kitchen equipment and utensils effectively.
  • Experience following recipes and preparing various menu items.
  • Capability to operate a cash register.
  • Food Handlers Certificate (or ability to obtain one).

This position requires successful completion of background checks as per federal regulations.

Physical Requirements:

Work involves light to moderate physical effort, including:

  • Lifting and moving objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 45 pounds.
  • Constant standing and walking.

Additional Information:
